• rooms / apartments
  Our rooms are well adapted on modern standards and furnished with bathroom and toilet, balcon.
  The room are basically offered als non-smoking rooms.
  The apartment is well cleaned at your arrival. bedding and towels are included. If possible, the apartment should be cleanded at your departuere. If you want, we carry out the cleaning (little fee).
• services
  On demand we offer a room- and apartment-service (breakfast, drinks, cold and little warm snacks).
• reservations and reversals
  The reservations can be performed per post, fax or the integrated reservation formular. Verbal confirmations are valid by paying a deposit of 10% of the total amount.
  Reversals are depending on international standards for hotelbusiness. A fixed reservation can be reversed only in wirtten form. Within 4 weeks before your arrival the reversal is free. For later reversals we charge a individual fee.
• reservation term
  After getting your deposit the reservation is binding. Our bank-account is: (Raiffeisenbank Liesertal; account-name; Haus Lackner / Lackner Adolf u. Maria; account number: 3053; bank code number: 39464). BIC: RZKTAT2K464 / IBAN AT253946400000003053).
• prices and offers
  All in the website published prices are valid in the actual main season. Special offers are regulary actualiced. Special packages can only be reserved in advance as long as the accomodation is available. All prices are including taxes.
• events and specials
  Free services in our packages are carried out at least with 4 persons.
• encashment
  The encashment can be effected through bank transfe or after your stay in cash. If you want to pay with credit card or maestro card, in the city you find a cash dispenser.
